Do you think the delay in whether to reinstate him was an insistent and repeating questioning over how he spent his time the last two years and him trying to convince officials that most of it was either getting new tattoos, admiring them, or trying to fly with them, and that these questions and admirations were actually made without the assistance of mood-altering substances?
