Great video ticktock. The Hornets org send its love right back at you guys and Hornets Hype! At this point, it’s almost hard to remember what it was like to see the Hornets lose a game in the Hive. A huge part of that is because of the fans.
I imagine you must have perused the photo galleries on the site, because a few of the pics you used don’t appear anywhere else but there. Let me know in the future if you have any special/specific requests for pictures you might need for YouTube videos like this. We have more photos on file than you could possibly imagine, and more than we could ever use!
I’m grateful tip-off is approaching because I can’t take this waiting much longer….. either this incredible season ends or they advance further than any Hornets team ever has. And then it’s a date with the Lakers and Kobe in the WCF.
Jim– I hope it’s OK I used the pictures!! I credited them in the video description over on YouTube. I might play around with more stuff in my off time this summer. I just stuck these together this afternoon out of a file folder I’d been saving… mostly just to give myself something to do.
I feel like I’ve been twitching aimlessly all weekend waiting for this game! I have no idea how I’ll be able to function at work tomorrow. 18-1 over the last two months… it does give a person reason to hope.

The Hornets are playing for my eternal soul:
I’ve been back from Iraq for about four years now and have been struggling with PTSD. I have not been in a church(well not spiritually anyway) since I’ve come back due to incredible guilt from what at times I was forced to do. My girlfriend who genuinely tries to help of course like many people just doesn’t understand. I told her that after all that I need something, every says I should have blind faith but I told her I need some kind of sign to waken me up and tell me it’s time to work on my faith again. So just out of the blue(keep in mind this was in october) I told her that if the Hornets, the team I’ve followed since they were added to the league, won a championship(at the time I also said it kinda in disbelief that it would ever happen) that I’d get baptized immediately and would not miss a single service. Since that promise she has followed every game closely especially in the playoffs because honestly it sounds strange but needed my own miracle. Things haven’t been working out for me since I came back but this would be something out of all the darkness I’ve been living to slap me in the face and send me in the right direction. I know this doesn’t fit here but was thinking about it while perusing the site.
Michael– I don’t think i need any more religion besides the Hornets!

ticktock, I don’t really know for sure what the exact rules are on photo usage and photo credits, but I think as long as you’re not using them to profit off of them, no worries.
The videos you and several others have made are promoting the team, so from our standpoint I don’t see a problem.

I know I have a very liberal copyright on my photos (1 not for sale, 2) No modifications, derivations, original credit given). You -shouldn’t- have any problems because youre not using them for profit. If youre concered about it, take the extra few minutes and burn the the credits for the individual shots on the video and you should be covered.
My work shooting at the game is purely for fun and games, so no worries with me (and if has to do with the Hornets, you already have my permission to use it). That is, unless Jim wants to hook me up and get me on the floor….
Matt, I’d love to help you out, but my own brother was here for Game 1 and 2 of the Dallas series and his seats were, uh….. how do I put this?…. not exactly courtside.
My tickets in the playoffs are usually in section 332, so I probably wouldn’t be getting you any closer than you already are! Not that I’m complaining about getting free tickets to every game! As long as they’re in the building, I’m happy.

ticktock, I may have been a little confusing. The media pass I get IS all it’s cracked up to be – I usually am about 10 feet from the court for every game. Ridiculous. I’m the first to admit that it’s crazy how nicely they hook me up. I don’t deserve it!
It’s the extra tickets we get that I was talking about that have been in 332 during the playoffs. I can’t use those for my own butt because I am required to sit in the media sections. It’s a pretty awesome perk though, because if you multiply the face value on the tickets by 50 (or however many games we had this season), it’s a huge chunk of change that you are not paying.
Ahhh, so you get to sit down there AND get real tickets? Was not aware of that. NICE.
