I was just looking through my pics from this season, and besides the one with Chris Paul that was on the front of the Hornets website, I think this (below) is one of my faves (although CP is in it, too, actually, now that I look closer). I just remember being like, “I want a picture of me on the Hornets bench!”
Of course you think floor seats will be cool…
… aaaand then you realize you are sitting behind David West and you have to try to see over his back for most of the 4th quarter.

The All Star logo I peeled up off the floor of the arena as we were leaving the All Star game. I had to box out a little kid to get my hands on this, too… got in there, threw an elbow or two, you know… (Oh, Ray, right back at you! I thought you were robbed for MVP. I said it then and I’ll say it now.)

(sigh)what kind of true hornets fan could say go lak…..I can’t even finish it….CP3 stands for sportsmanship and making your teammates better but to cheer for his opposite and the man who by name only stole an award that Paul rightfully earned makes me sick……

Hope you don’t mind but I read this column and people should read it, it disgusts me that boston fans were so nice to the lakers in boston but I’m here and I know laker fans are scum, they would tell KG to fuck off in front of his kids out here, boston fans should have seen that coming and returned the favor. I tell laker fans the best thing they could do is trade bryant for raymond felton and jason richardson and bam dynasty, bam team you can be proud of. @ atthehive: They don’t sit anywhere in particular, no designated seats, just wherever. Though D West does seem to like the far end, whereas you don’t really see CP3 down there. He’s usually on the end toward the center of the court. And JuJu and Hilton usually sit together. And the guys in suits are usually down on the far end, but sometimes they sit in the middle too, depending on who it is. So its kinda a toss up!
@ Michael: I did read that yesterday… get your hate on (Simmons is totally from Boston though, so he’s not unbiased)!

Bahstahn. Boo-hoo. Wait until I get home and post the pictures of my permanent scars from the Garden.
If Lakers didn’t trade Kobe pre-Gasol, they sure as hell won’t now. And although I’m a Hornets fan first, I’m a basketball fan second. And seriously, out of all the people Laker-bashing and Celtic-gushing here, how many (the “old guys who never won” argument aside) really enjoy watching the Celtics more than the Lakers? Come on. I mean, they play ugly. The only reason I even enjoyed the first round was because of the Hawks. Besides, despite so many people picking the Lakers, they are, historically, the underdogs. The C’s always beat them. Screw that.
Oh yeah, plus the Lakers have one of the top two players in the league. Come on. You can’t watch Kobe and not occasionally say, “wow.”

lakers are boring to watch because every drive in L.A. they are getting free throws……..boring, means the other team can’t play defense because they’ll foul out real quick
