I came across this collection of Rhapsody playlists from different NBA players. Lo and behold, there’s a Hornets player on there, and it’s David West. Click over to read his explanation of why he picked the songs he did (and also learn what his favorite thing to order at Popeye’s is, among other stuff). Hey, and be reassured that there’s some badassery mixed in there and it’s not all Jesus songs like Michael Redd’s…
Damn, now I want some spicy chicken…

Ehh… I am most disappointed in Baron Davis’ playlist. Thought he’d at least have some diversity in his songs. Maybe some jazz, maybe some rock mixed in there. Nope. Straight up hip hop through and through. BORRRRING!
TT6: Damn, now I want some spicy chicken…
H-S and mW: Noooo you don’t! At least not at Wow! Cafe and Wingery!
I’ve been waiting for a D West Mothaf*@kas! tag for a while to post this: I don’t know if y’all visit the DIME Magazine website and read their Smack! game recaps, but you should, because they are hilarious. However, when you click the tag they provide for David West related stories, you get a notice telling you that the link does not exist. It would be a simple matter to e-mail them to address the problem, but I suggest the S#*t list might be a better course of action. No one overlooks the 17 foot assasin and lives to tell about it.
Youngfella– me too! And also Gilbert Arenas’. I thought it would be more insane and less ordinary.
I have not clicked the David West link on Dime (though I do read their blog all the time)… if there’s no D West, that’s totally lame. Everyone is gonna want to know more about D West this year. That’s my prediction.
