Apprehensive
Rough start to tonight’s game…down 18 at half and have given up 31 points each quarter. Well, as we learned Monday beatdowns are never complete until the final buzzer. Until then, anything can happen.
I’m out till like Monday. You all can hold down the fort if you want. But I need a mental health break.
I’m Zen. I’m still positive. No CP, TC, or Mo. How many teams can win with that attrition? Bulls played well tonight. Would have liked the win, but it wasn’t meant to be. I’m looking at this in the long run. We’re still situated as the fifth seed. Actually, maybe we’ll slide to the eighth seed and catch the Lakers unawares come May. How sweet would that be?
If this keeps up, I’ll actually have to start going to the post game for hard liquor.
Perhaps we need to have an ‘adjustment’ to our expectations o the team. They perform best when we have high hopes but low realistic expectations. Maybe we need to hide the banner from last year and pretend we have the ‘old Hornets’ that cant really win.
